ACCESS APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!

We want to make sure Rewind is accessible for all our fans and have a number of facilities and services available onsite to assist our customers.

For the second year running, we will be working closely with Attitude is Everything; a charity that works towards improving access for deaf and disabled customers at festivals and live events. This year we are delighted to announce AIE awarded us Bronze for our Access services – to read more about Attitude is Everything click HERE

Application Process

Applications for 2019 access tickets have now closed. At our discretion, we may accept late applications. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for more information.  

If you successfully applied for access tickets, you will receive an information pack on the 26th June 2019. This will have all the information you require including maps and locations of facilities at the event. Applications closed on the 21st June 2019.  


Personal Assistant Tickets

We provide a Personal Assistant scheme, for those who would be unable to attend the festival without bringing a personal assistant or carer.

  • Accessible customers must buy a ticket in advance then apply with relevant documentation, for their personal assistant ticket when these become available.
  • In the very unlikely event that we are unable to offer you a PA ticket, your purchased ticket will be refunded.
 


Arena Facilities

Rewind offers a number of facilities to make sure the festival is accessible to all. Facilities in the main arena include:

  • Accessible toilets
  • Main Stage viewing platform and seating area
  • An Accessible information point


Accessible Campsite Facilities

At Rewind we offer an accessible campsite for those that may not be able to camp without certain services. Facilities in the accessible campsite include:

  • Accessible toilets (including a Mobiloo) and showers
  • A dedicated 24-hour access team
  • An Accessible information point
  • Fridge to store medication
  • A charging point for equipment and chairs
  • Accessible Live-in vehicle pitches


Accessible Parking

We have 3 accessible parking areas for those that have applied successfully:

  • Accessible Camping Carpark - situated close to the accessible camping area.
  • Campervans & Live-In Vehicles - situated in the Accessible Camping area
  • Accessible Day Parking - situated in close proximity to the day ticket entrance
We will aim to ensure you can park as close as possible to your chosen entrance or campsite. We will provide clear plans of the site in advance of the event, and clear instructions will be sent to you to make sure you are directed to the appropriate entrances.
